- Do I need to know Usui Reiki first?No. Sun Reiki is a completely standalone modality. No prior Reiki experience or certification is required. This is your starting point if you choose — or a powerful addition to a practice you already have.
- How does a remote video attunement work?Energy isn't limited by space or time — that's one of the foundational truths of Reiki.
